Refund policy

We hope you’ll love your Layla purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt on items in original condition.

To start a return, email support@itslayla.com. A flat $20 fee applies for return shipping, restocking, and processing. 

Once received, returns are processed, with refunds issued in 7–10 business days after approval.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@itslayla.com

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for the US customers. 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Customers send a DM or email with their order number and reason for return.

  2. Layla reviews the request and provides a return shipping address.

  3. Customers ship the item back at their own cost (unless it’s a defective or incorrect item).

  4. Once received and inspected, the brand offers:

    • A refund (processed within 7-10 business days) OR

    • An exchange (new item shipped within 3-5 business days).
